We wish to inform that the prolonged absence of Mr. Kailash Lalpuria Executive Director & CEO of the Company from attending the Board Meeting has attracted the provision of Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2013. The office of Mr. Kailash Lalpuria as Director of the Company has automatically got vacated with immediate effect i.e. 11 February 2026 as he has failed to attend any meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held during a period of twelve months owing to health-related reasons.
