With reference to the earlier letter dated December 15, 2016, Pratibha Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on December 13, 2016 had also re-appointed Mr. Sharad P. Deshpande as Whole Time Director for two years subject to approval of Shareholders and Central Government. However, out of inadvertence and oversight, the same was missed out from the communication to stock exchanges vide Companys aforesaid letter dated December 15, 2016.
