Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2017, inter alia, has considered and approved the following items:
- Appointment of Skyline Financial Services Private Limited ('Skyline') as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) in place of System Support Services.
The Company is in process of executing necessary agreement with Skyline in order to ensure that the transition action from System Support Services to Skyline is smooth.
