This is further to our letter dated 18.06.2020 by which the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2020 was submitted.
In this regard it is to submit that we have observed that the cash flow statement for Standalone statement and consolidated statement was inadvertently could not be submitted at the time of submitting the financial results. We are re-submitting the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31.03.2020 along with the cash flow statement.
It is requested to please take the same on record.
