Ltd. has forwarded a letter to BSE informing therein that Edserv Softsystems Ltd. has defaulted in repayment of loan financed by India Factoring and Finance Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Honble High Court of Madras has passed an order for winding up and has appointed official liquidator to take over the assets of Edserv Softsystems Ltd.in Company Petition no. 53/2013.
