Urja Global Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014, At the said meeting, apart from deliberating on other businesses, the Board will also take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June , 2014.
Further, pursuant to the Companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remains closed from August 04, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public) for all the Directors and designated employees.
