With reference to the earlier letter dated August 04, 2016, Malwa Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the board of directors scheduled to be held on August 13, 2016 to consider unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30,2016 stands postponed and is rescheduled to be held on September 05, 2016 due to unavoidable circumstances resulting in non-compilation of the quarterly results.
