We hereby confirm that the Statutory Auditors of the Company M/s S.R Batliboi & Associates, LLP Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101049W/E300004) has issued Audit Report with unmodified opinion(s) in respect of Standalone and Consolidated Annual Audited Financial Statements for the Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018, vide report dated May 03, 2018.
We have inadvertently not attached the above declaration along with the financial results submitted on May 3, 2018 since we are filing the Annual Audited Results for the first time post listing on September 21, 2017. We request the Exchange to take the same on record and further request the Exchange to take a lenient view on the matter since the Company has complied with all other requirements under regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015
