The Company is unable to file Shareholding Pattern for the quarter ended 30th September 2019 under Reg. 31 of SEBI-LODR due to non receipt of Shareholding data including Benpos of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2019 because of non payment of fees to CDSL & NSDL. The affairs of the Company are being managed by Resolution Professional and as per Code they have been informed to put claim of their earlier claims prior to initiation of CIRP in the meeting of Committee of Creditors and they have been requested to send Shareholding Data and Benpos so as to make necessary compliance.
In view of the same we request to waive the penalty levied and we undertake to make compliance upon receipt of required data at the earliest.
