This is in response to the clarification sought with reference to the significant movement Price of security in the recent past.
Pursuant to an application filed by Financial Creditor before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad Bench ("NCLT") in terms of Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 read with the rules and regulations framed thereunder ("Code") the NCLT had admitted the application since 9th March 2020 and ordered the commencement of corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIR process") of the Real Strips Limited ("Company/ Corporate Debtor) inter alia the management of the affairs of the Corporate Debtor was vested with the Resolution
Professional. All necessary information in this regard is already disclosed to BSE from time to time.
