Srinivasa Hatcheries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the approval and adoption of the Audited Financial Results of the Company, along with the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed with effective from May 22, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
