We wish to inform you that Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday 8th July 2017. Further the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 3, 2017 to July 8, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and for payment of dividend, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015. The dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be payable to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or as a beneficial owner in the records of National Securities Depositories Ltd. and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. on close of business as on July 01, 2017.
