1. The Board of Directors of the Company has taken note of the resignation of Ms. Suma Ballal as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company have taken the note of the closure of Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company i.e. Finsolutions FZE in UAE.
3. The Board of Directors of the Company has taken note of the donation given to charitable trust of Rs. 2.5 lacs under Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
4. The Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed the routine operational activities of the Company.
