Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday May 23 2019 to consider inter-alia interim dividend for the financial year ended on March 31 2019.

Further pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board will fix May 31 2019 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend if declared by the Board.
