Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has informed BSE that under Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2008, as per the exercise mandate from the Option holder for Options Vested, IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (ITSL), the Trustee of the Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Welfare Stock Option Trust, as per the said mandate, has sold total of 12,500 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.2/- each of the Company as on May 01, 2015 comprising on NSE of 7,250 shares and on BSE of 5,250 shares.
