In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find below the outcome of the Board Meeting of Minda Finance Limited held on today i.e. August 09, 2017, started at 02.30 P.M. and concluded at 4.00 P.M.
1. Financial Results Approval
In compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2017 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved the Board of Directors of the Company.
2. Submission of Limited review Report
The Auditors Review Report dated August 9, 2017 on the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2017 issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s R.N. Saraf & Co., Chartered Accountants.
