Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in continuation to the earlier disclosure dated 18.02.2026 regarding the Request for Proposal (RFP) for e-auction of land situated at Bopkhel Pune it is hereby informed that the e-auction process successfully concluded on 12.05.2026.The bids received pursuant to the e-auction are currently under evaluation and scrutiny including verification of documents and eligibility criteria of the participating bidders. Upon completion of the evaluation process and subject to approval/confirmation by the competent authority the successful bidder along with the bid value shall be declared and the Letter of Award/Acceptance shall be issued in due course.This is for your information and dissemination.
