With reference to the captioned matter we wish to inform that Mr. Anurudh Kumar Singh (DIN: 02539344) Independent Director of the Company has resigned from his position w.e.f. 15th October 2019 and is not in a position to devote time to the affairs of the Company. He also ceased to be Member of various committees of the Company.
