Shreejal Info Hubs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To adopt and approve the Notice & Directors Report of the Company along with the Corporate Governance Report for financial year 2014-2015,

2. To finalize the dates of Book Closure for the purpose of forthcoming 51st Annual General Meeting,

3. To finalize the date, venue and time for convening 51st Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company,

4. To consider appointment of Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process of the Company at the 51st Annual General Meeting.

5. To consider formation of subsidiary to enter into real estate and construction business.
