This is to inform that in pursuance of the Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure Procedure for Regulating Monitoring Reporting and Prohibition of Insider Trading" the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders shall remain closed with effect from 1st July 2021 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results for the Quarter ending on 30th June 2021 by the Board of the Company.
