The 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company is convened to be held on Monday the 27th August 2018 at Ball Room, Hotel The Residency, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore at 11.30 A.M.
In connection with the same and for payment of Dividend, if declared at the Meeting, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday the 22nd August 2018 to Sunday the 27th August 2018 (both days inclusive).
