1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September 2020 as per Regulation 33
of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and as per Indian
Accounting Standards IND-AS).
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed the routine operational activities of the
company and affirms their satisfaction over the operations of the company.
