Mount Everest Mineral Water Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. A P K Chettiar, General Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary of the Company has been transferred to a Group Company.
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 08, 2014 approved the transfer of Mr. A P K Chettiar to a Group Company w.e.f. September 30, 2014. Accordingly, Mr. Chettiar ceases to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from the close of business hours on September 30, 2014.
