Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations we have inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9th October 2026 at 1.30 pm concluded at 3.45 pm have noted the resignation of Mr. Nikhil G. Tanwani as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from close of Buiness hours on 9th October 2026.
