With reference to the above mentioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Mr. Sudhish Kumar Rastogi Director/Chairman has resigned from the Board of the Company through his resignation letter dated 15th September 2020. As per Section - 168 of Companies Act 2013 the resignation shall take effect from 15th September 2020 being the date of receipt of resignation letter by the Company.
