Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 the power of existing directors have been suspended with the immediate effect on the Insolvency Commencement date i.e. 28.12.2018. Further the Liquidation process has been completed and the successful bidder has taken over the company. Hence Mr. Jayprakash Bhikulal Kabra ceased to be Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect 16.01.2024.
