Sirohia & Sons Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the Half Year ended on September 30 2025.Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company which was closed from 1st October 2025 (intimated vide communication dated 24th September 2025) shall remain closed till 15th November 2025
