Alteration of the existing Memorandum of association (MOA) of the company in conformity with the companies Act 2013 to align the companys MOA with the latest provisions of the Act and further adopt a new set of MOA (Primarily based on Table A as set out under Schedule I of the Act) in place of existing MOA subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 51st AGM of the company.
