1. Convening of 29th AGM of the Company on Monday the 28th September 2020 at 12.00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio / Visual Means (OAVM) from the Registered office at #29 2ND Floor Mookathal Street Purasawalkkam Chennai - 600 007.
2. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company to remain closed from 21.9.2020 to 28.9 2020 (both days inclusive).
3. The Board has approved and taken on record the Final copy of the Notice Directors Report Corporate Governance Report and other attachments annexed to the Boards Report and adopted the Secretarial Audit Report issued by the Secretarial Auditors for the year ending March 31 2020
