3. Migration of the company from BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE post successful completion of Preferential Issue.
4. To Change the Main Object of the company and consequent alteration in the Memorandum of the Company.
5. To approve the Draft Notice of Postal Ballot.
6. Any other business with the permission of chairman.
