Camson Bio Technologies: Closure of Trading Window

This is in reference to the captioned subject we hereby inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and amended from time to time. The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from immediate effect till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2019.

During the aforesaid closed Trading window period the Employees Directors Key Managerial Personnel Promoters Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Companys Shares/ Securities.
