Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons from Thursday December 31 2020 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2020 to the stock exchanges.
Accordingly the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
