We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday 12th August 2019 which commenced at 5.00 pm and concluded at 5.45 pm approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2019 which have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee of the Directors and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Pls find enclosed herewith the copy of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Statutory Auditors Report thereon which was also placed before the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. We wish to confirm that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have expressed an unmodified opinion on the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2019 vide their respective audit report dated 12th August 2019.
