Stakeholders are requested to take on record that the Company is in receipt of Resignation from Statutory Auditors - M/s. Doogar & Associates (FRN: 000561N). Stakeholders are further requested to note that in terms of SEBI Circular No.: CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 and Schedule III (Regulation 30) - SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 the said resignation (as stated by the resigning auditor) is on account of pre-occupation and effective date of resignation is 06th January 2022.
