The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 07th February 2023 have approved the Un-audited Financial Result for the third quarter / nine months ended on 31st December 2022. we enclose herewith copies of statement of un-audited financial results along with the limited review report issued by the statutory auditors of the company thereon in compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
