Elder Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company took place on March 10, 2016. During the meeting the Board ratified and confirmed the appointment of Mr. Ravani Mohammed Abdul Khader and Mr. Kader Mohammed Davawala as Additional Non Executive independent Directors of the Company w.e.f. March 03, 2016. As per Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013, these Directors will hold office till the next Annual Genera! Meeting and whose period of office is liable to retirement by rotation.
Further in the said meeting, the Board took note of the removal of Dr. (Mrs) Babita Bhatia with effect from January 01, 2016 owing to delay in conducting the Annual General Meeting of the Company on or before December 31, 2015.
