In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate relatives of the Designated Persons the trading window shall be closed from the end of quarter ending on 31st December 2021 i.e. from 1st January 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2022.
