Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (the Company) has approved the appointment of Mr. Kakkayur Palliyil Pradeep (Mr. KP Pradeep) (DIN: 05190515) as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from July 04 2026 to hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations.
