Appointment of Mr Ram Ratan Kanoongo, registered Insolvency Professional,by NCLT, as the Resolution Professional of The SIRPUR PAPER MILLS LIMITED for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Company in place of the IRP.
The Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench vide Order dated 20-11-2017 appointed Mr Ram Ratan Kanoongo (IP Registration No.IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00070/2017-18/10156), registered Insolvency Professional as the Resolution Professional of the Company (in place of IRP) for the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Company on the Application filed by the Financial Creditors (IDBI Bank, being the Lead Financial Creditor) as recommended by the Committee of Creditors (COC) .
Copy of the NCLT Order dated 20-11-2017 (received by Company on 28-11-2017 is submitted herewith.
This may also be treated as a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
