We wish to inform that Mr. Akbal Narayan Singh Non-Executive Director of the Company (DIN: 00296396) has resigned from his position w.e.f. 21st September 2019 owing to some pre-occupation elsewhere and is not in a position to devote time to the affairs of the Company. He also ceased to be a Member of various committees of the Company.
We thank him for his constant support throughout all these years.
