This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Yogi Infra Projects Limited (formerly known as Yogi Sung-Won (India) Limited) (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday May 26 2026 has approved the following matters which is enclosed herein: (1) Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2026 together with the Auditors Report in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.(2) Declaration in compliance with Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 for standalone and consolidated financial results.
