Micro Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2013, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. The Re-appointment of Auditors called M/S. Laxamikant Kabra & Co. till the inclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting till the final year.
2. Micro Secure Solutions Limited, a Subsidiary of Micro Technologies India Limited has entered into a joint venture with Akash Universal for Promoting the Unique Product Micro ATM Black Box.
3. MTILs (Micro Technologies India Limiteds) Annual General Meeting will be held on December 27, 2013.
