We refer to our letters dated January 25 2022 January 28 2022 and February 01 2022 on the captioned subject.In this regard Post Offer Public Announcement dated February 09 2022 (Post Offer PA) for the Delisting Offer has been published today i.e. February 10 2022 by the Acquirer in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 17(4) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations.Accordingly in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are hereby submitting the copy of the Post Offer PA.
