Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 7th August 2026 inter alia took note of the following:1. Mrs. Gauri Rasgotra (DIN: 06862334) shall cease to be an Independent Director of the Company upon completion of second consecutive term with effect from 21st August 2026.
