At the Board Meeting of Bata India Limited (the Company) held today, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2017 were approved.

1.A letter addressed to the Stock Exchanges.
2.Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2017 in the prescribed format and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid UFR.
