Unitech International: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

Dear Sir/Maam Disclosure is in pursuance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of schedule III we wish to inform you that 14th meeting of Committee of Creditors of Unitech International Limited is scheduled on 07.08.2026 Friday at 12:00P.M. through video conferencing has been deferred and is scheduled to be held on Monday 10.08.2026 at 3:00P.M. through video conferencing. The said meeting has been further rescheduled and will be held on Tuesday 11.08.2026 at 11:30A.M. through video conferencing. The outcome of the meeting are:- Agenda Item No. B1:- To ratify CIRP expenses incurred by the RP as per regulation 34 of IBBI(CIRP) regulation 2016 - Deferred by Committee of Creditors for next meeting Agenda Item No. C1:- To consider and approve filing of an application before Honble NCLT seeking further extension of the CIRP period by 60 days - Approved
