Metro Brands Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/10/2026 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 31 2026 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon. With reference to our Trading Window Closure intimation dated September 25 2026 we further inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for its designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed up to 48 hours post declaration of the said financial results. Accordingly the Trading Window shall re-open from Monday October 19 2026.
