The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24Th September 2026 to 30Th September 2026 (both days inclusive) and the remote e-voting shall commence from 27Th September 2026 at 9.00 A.M. and ends on 29th September 2026 at 5.00 P.M.
