1. Proposal to acquire land in the State of Gujarat for the purpose of Project Development.
2. Proposal to issue of Equity shares on preferential basis for consideration other than cash to the seller of the land who are non-promoter shareholders.
3. Increase in Authorised Share Capital commensurating with increase in Share capital.
4. To consider appointment of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
