Dutron Polymers Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Board Meeting of the Company to be held on 02nd April 2025 as per order of NCLT dated 20th March 2025 to discuss the dispute and attempt for a feasible settlement between the parties to the dispute.
